Meet the principals

As a dedicated image coach and trainer, Gillian Armour was awarded CIP (Certified Image Professional) certification by The Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She currently serves as the Vice President of Membership for the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.

Gillian's passion is making accurate, practical and life changing image management information available to everyone committed to persuing their goals. Pioneering the use of new technologies, she created the first AICI CEU's* online – certified image consultant training courses, focused exclusively on providing the soft skills necessary for personal and professional success. She continues to strive to level the playing field by making image training more affordable and accessible.

Founded in 2002 by Sandra Moore and Rose Schroader, Image Talks has helped thousands of individuals and companies around the globe raise awareness of the power and impact of image on clients, coworkers and self.

We're dedicated to building awareness of the impact of image, non-verbal communication and personal presentation styles through image training and the development of professional training materials.

We're committed to making image training affordable, accessible and engaging through the use of new technologies.

Community Service

Image Talks is honored to have contributed their expertise and services to local non-profit
organizations who's mission is helping low income women successfully re-entering the workforce.

Providing ongoing support through programs designed for women who've found employment
