Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling fees for orders shipped within the continental US fees are included in the purchase price. A surcharge will be added to packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other international destinations based on the additional fees incurred. All packages are sent Priority Mail using the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped within three business days (usually the same day). Allow up to 10 days for delivery in the USA.

Downloadable Files
Images and PowerPoint™ files will be downloaded as compressed ZIP format files. This way, all of the files included in your order will be downloaded in one file. Windows XP users have unzip features built into the operating system. For other Windows users, use any program such as WinZip, WinRAR, or PKZip. For Mac users, try StuffIt or MacZipIt. (Most programs offer free trial versions.)

After you place an order, it may take up to 24 hours for payment to be approved. Upon approval, you will receive an e-mail with a link and instructions for downloading your files.

Returns & Refunds
All products may be previewed in advance. Please carefully select the photos and training materials that best suite your needs; you are invited to call for additional information before making your purchase.

Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Defective CD's or manuals will be replaced. No refunds.
