Goal
For staff members to convey a polished and professional appearance
and demeanor that accurately reflects the Jesuit brand.
Problem
The Jesuit Business Center was staffed with wonderful
employees who had been chosen for their unique and valuable
skills and talents. They worked in old quarters that were
decidedly not upscale and contributed to a more casual work
environment than was consistent with the Jesuit corporate
culture and mission. Before moving into their beautiful new
facility management wanted the professional image of the staff
to also under go a shift to more accurately reflect the Jesuit
brand.
Solution
Jesuit President, Dick Gedrose, contacted Image Talks, LLC
to provide Image Management Training to the staff and administrative
personnel. Image Talks, LLC developed training to address
their specific issues and concerns:

Results
The shift in appearance and demeanor desired by management
was accomplished. The Jesuit brand was more consistently reflected
in the new facility and in the professional appearance of
the staff. Staff members enjoyed the training.
