The Jesuit Business
Center was staffed with a wonderful group of employees who had all been
chosen because of their unique and valuable skills and talents. They had
been working in old quarters, actually converted dormitories that were
decidedly not upscale and contributed to a more casual work environment
than was consistent with the Jesuit corporate culture and mission. As
of early July the entire offices were to move into their beautiful new
facility and the management wanted the professional image of the staff
to also under go a shift and to more accurately reflect the Jesuit brand.
They wanted their staff to be as polished and professional in their appearance
and demeanor as their beautiful new offices.

The shift in appearance
and demeanor desired by management was accomplished. The Jesuit brand
was more consistently reflected in the new facility and in the professional
appearance of the staff.
